COSMOLEDO FISHING REPORT FINAL WEEK
The closing week of the Cosmoledo 2020-21 season did not disappoint! The nine anglers that joined us this week experienced super moon tides and sadly they lost two days to bad weather but this didn’t stop the team spirit or the energetic anglers.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT FINAL WEEK
Four eager anglers descended onto the shores of Alphonse Island to enjoy the final week of the Alphonse Fishing season. Anglers were treated to fantastic weather and tides transitioning from spring to neap.
COSMOLEDO FISHING REPORT WEEK 13 & 14
As the week's progress and the seasons change, we never really know how it will affect the fishing. Week 13 & 14 were excellent weeks despite tough conditions.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 25 & 26
The weather was great as the tides transitioned from spring tides to neap tides over the two weeks. We were joined by only a handful of anglers but still managed to record some great catches on the St Francios Atoll and Alphonse.

To simplify it now means that the lodges can carry out disinfection on arrival before fishing.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 17
It has been a brilliant week on Alphonse and St Francois Atoll. A few new friendly faces visited us for the week with Covid-19 restrictions easing up around the world.
COSMOLEDO FISHING REPORT WEEK 7
After a four-week break, the season started up again with some familiar faces and a very excited guide team. The weather was not particularly stable with scattered rain and gusty wind conditions.
East Ranga CATCH STATISTICS 2020 SEASON
One thing Iceland is well known for is recording catch statistics. Whilst a great resource the East Ranga report linked above offers much more detail in terms of a break down and analysis of beats through the months.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 16
Great fishing was experienced on the St Francois Atoll last week as the quarter moon approached. The week started with the transition from a neap to a spring tide and some very eager anglers were keen to wet their lines and bend their rods.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 15
Fantastic catches have been reported over the past week with one family having St François Atoll all to themselves. The weather over the week has been absolutely perfect with low winds, hot weather and cool water.
COSMOLEDO FISHING REPORT WEEK 6
Another wonderful week on Cosmoledo despite some high winds and the majority cloud cover testing the abilities of the anglers. However, it was a great week as old friends were reunited and new friendships were made.
ICELAND, SUMMER 2021
We have been working away quietly in both the UK and from our office in Iceland, helping fishers organise their fishing for the summer ahead.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 14
With fewer guests on the island, the fishing around St Francois and Alphonse Atolls has been absolutely fantastic.
COSMOLEDO FISHING REPORT WEEK 5
This week saw eight guests arrive on the shores of Cosmo and they got off to a great start. Nick ticked the box on the first day by landing an impressive 110 cm GT on his bamboo rod.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 13
What a week it has been on Alphonse Island. The anglers were excited and anticipating a good week and the fish could sense it! The weather around St. Francois was harsh over the week. Anglers experienced heavy rain and strong winds with some sunshine in between.
COSMOLEDO FISHING REPORT WEEK 4
After a short Christmas break, we had two families out for the New Year period. A slightly different week with only five of the Guests being completely dedicated to just fishing. The first day had the boys out and about hunting the flats for any fish that moved.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 12
Alphonse Island has been very festive over the last week with staff and anglers celebrating the New Year in style. Anglers were fortunate enough to experience the best weather Seychelles has to offer.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 11
Father Christmas delivered some excellent fishing to Alphonse and St Francois Atoll over the week. Anglers have been in high Christmas spirits with some brilliant catches reported over the week. The westerly wind has set in and brought with it some fantastic fishing conditions.
ALPHONSE FISHING REPORT WEEK 10
A few eager anglers descended onto the shores of Alphonse Island this week. The weather was very good over the week. The spring tides allowed anglers to have some amazing shots at the Big 5. The fishing was boundless for anglers willing to put in the effort and make shots at fish.
