FIRST SALMON FROM Borgarfjörður

The very first salmon caught in Borgarfjörður was landed today. The fish was caught by the acclaimed restaurateur Nuno Alexandre Bentim Servo. He was fishing in the Skuggi area, which is the confluence of the Grímsá and Hvítá rivers in Borgarfjörður. This is a very well known area for early salmon and is encouraging for a productive season ahead.
